Coach Hedge

  Today I want to talk about the king of cupcakes himself Coach Hedge!  Let’s start by talking about this whole cupcake thing.  I laugh every time I read a line where he calls someone cupcake.  I wonder why his character does that. I also love that he thinks he can destroy anything with that baseball bat of his.

    Overall I love his character.   The way he thinks everything and everyone is challenging him is quite hilarious.  When they were landing in the Great Salt Lake in MoA and Coach Hedge was standing on the deck requesting that they land again, I was wondering how crazy he really is.  When Percy was saying that he was kind of afraid of Coach Hedge’s baseball bat, I realized that  he must really be intimidating for someone who calls everyone cupcake.

  Now I know this isn’t Coach Hedge’s character, but I HAVE to mention it.  When he grounded Annabeth, I was dying from laughter. Annabeth was completely confused and didn’t know what to say.
