Sea of Monster Trailer Review

  I am going to talk about what seems to be revealed in the Sea of Monster trailer.  If you don't already know, my position on either of the movies, click this link  to go to my post on that:  http://mountolympusweekly.blogspot.com/2013/01/i-like-to-talk-about-pjo-movie-not-just.html. 

  So, what is revealed in the Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters trailer?  Well...some good and some disappointing  stuff.  First, who else noticed that Grover didn't seem to be missing at all?  The camp looks better, but there are a few things that are kind of weird.  One thing is that it looks like there is a café type thing in the camp that makes NO since.  I have a feeling that the campers may all have a separate cabin for themselves.  I'm not sure about that, but I have a feeling.  This next one isn't a big problem, but does Grover has his own cabin?  It just doesn't make since to me. 

  Now did anyone else notice the person with six arms?  If he is supposed to be a monster demigod like Tyson, then maybe...  I know I already mentioned that Grover seems to not be missing, but what also makes me mad is that he's in the Gray Sisters Taxi with Percy, Annabeth, and Grover.

  Okay, now, the oracle.  What the heck?!  She is not in the first movie when Percy DOES receive a prophecy, but in the second movie when Clarisse receives a prophecy, but we don't hear it until later.  What are they thinking?   Does Percy receive his own prophecy or does he receive Clarisse's prophecy?  I think the oracle does look cool, but...SHE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE! 

Next, is Mr. D  being helpful?  What?  He was only helpful once and that was after he had been a pain.   If they don't have Mr. D messing up the name, then they have messed up Mr. D.

   Also, I hope Chiron isn't present at CHB .  That is kind of weird to say, but remember Tantalus is supposed to replace Chiron because Chiron was accused of poisoning the tree.

   Are Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and Tyson all going on this quest together?   They are going to run into issues when they get to the Battle of the Labyrinth, if this is the case. Annabeth taking three other people on her quest in the labyrinth and Chiron freaking out because it has always been the leader and only two other people and whenever it was more only three total come back, will not make any sense.

  Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson (maybe Grover) going  to Hermes instead of Hermes going to Percy to force him into taking the quest makes me mad.  If this new way is longer than the original way,  I will be very mad because they would have had plenty of to do the correct way.

  Overall, I am anxiously and excitedly awaiting this movie.  It will definitely be more accurate than the first movie, but I still doubt how accurate this movie will be.

Sea of Monster's Trailer!

  Now, after you have had time to process the fact that we finally have a movie trailer, I suggest watching it once more; but this time have a notebook ready to write down everything wrong with the movie thus far.
